Najib is an excellent IT Technician, we do not know where we would be without him! He has always takes the time to explain things and is always willing to help. Najib is always friendly, professional, patient and well mannered. Nothing is too much trouble for him, even at short notice. I can only imagine that Najib’s job is not easy, being at the beck and call of everyone in the school, but Najib always is happy to assist with his dazzling smile!

Najib is the ideal IT professional. His knowledge is superb and he makes sure he keeps up to date with developments in the industry. He is a natural problem solver and he is great at finding solutions. He has great perseverance and can always be relied on. One of his key skills is his ability to explain IT to colleagues who are not confident or particularly knowledgeable. He takes his time to teach people what they need to know and he is one of the most approachable colleagues I have ever worked with.

Najib is super reliable and very professional. He solves any problem the website has with ease and as soon as the problem raises. He is also very quick to complete any updates and able explain how things work for those that are not as tech-savvy as he is!

Najib is truly one of the greats! Not only is he excellent at what he does but he is a lovely person too. Regardless of how much he has to do, if you ask for help , he will be there. He can fix the problem in no time and always in a professional manner. What a guy!
